do you shoot weddings?
no, wedding photography and videography are not services that werlostboys offer. however, we’re happy to recommend dedicated and extremely talented photographers and videographers in that industry for your special day.
Do you shoot drone video/photo?
we are currently exploring this as a service in-house and we’re excited at the possibilities. In the meantime, we will officially defer this to other professionals in the field.
what is your pricing for services?
We price our photography and videography by the hour with options for half-day (4 hr) and whole-day (8 hr) rates. Similarly, we base our pricing for design and digital on an hourly basis along with a per-product one-time price depending on the service. what is your cancellation policy?
we politely request at least a 24-hour notice if you are to cancel services. depending on the scale of the project, a cancellation notice will be determined through the contracting process. however, we 100% understand emergency and medical situations and are happy to be flexible given the circumstance. a rescheduling fee may occur at the jurisdiction of the werlostboys team member.
are booking fees refundable?
when booking, we request a 30% non-refundable booking fee. This is to ensure that the werlostboys team receives some form of income if a cancellation occurs. Why do we do this? when booking, we allocate that time for you, therefore not allowing the opportunity to work for anybody else.
what is your copyright policy?
by default, werlostboys retains copyright for all content created with a release for specific uses per client. If interested in owning the copyright for your content, we are happy to discuss it!
